Nothing, at any stage. Providers compensate us from their own margin when you place business with them. It is not added to your rate, and your pricing through us is the same as going direct.
Won't you just tell me to switch?
We are paid the same amount no matter which provider you choose, so there is no financial reason to prefer one over another. “Stay where you are” is a normal finding, delivered in writing.
